The UKSG Transfer Working Group has established a Code of Practice for journal transfers. An important part of the Code is timely communication to libraries of journal transfers by publishers. This blog, and its associated discussion list, enable publishers to communicate notices of journal transfers to interested parties, greatly easing the problems that arise during journal transfers when libraries aren't aware of the transfers.
